By accessing or using the Parties by Kels website (the "Site") or submitting an inquiry through it, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Parties by Kels provides custom balloon décor, grab & go garlands, and related party styling services in the Indianapolis and Central Indiana area. The Site allows you to learn about our services, view our work, and submit an inquiry to request a quote or booking. Submitting an inquiry does not, by itself, create a confirmed booking.
Bookings are confirmed once we agree on the details and you complete any required deposit. A deposit (generally 50% of the quoted total) may be required to reserve your event date, with the balance due as arranged. Specific pricing, deposit amounts, payment timing, and cancellation or rescheduling terms will be provided to you at the time of booking and form part of your agreement with us.
All content on this Site — including text, designs, graphics, logos, and photographs of our work — is owned by Parties by Kels or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our prior written permission.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Information on the Site is for general purposes and may change without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parties by Kels will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Indiana.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
